Fright Night- Firday
Silver Surfers. Battle switch ON!
Nothing better than team colours.
Well... tight battles and team colours.
Slide by Slide
FR-Ds en guard.
Si3 and S14s humping strong.
I don't care about blur... blur = speed!
GCRC bringing the battles out.
You are never one out for long.
Soon swallowed up in a train.
I took pics for about 5 minutes....
Catching the odd clear shot.
but blur is cool!
Static and clear.
Speed and blur.
Chrome masters!
Stanking it.
The night was a late one. Levelling up.

Isuzu Gemini Project Update #4 Stickers
Sometimes less is more. Creating focal points is the key.
I have added more stickers since this, But I think I'll remove a few as this level is about the state of my original car.
Some choice brands stickers for Ibanez, Peavey and Mesa Boogie.. "The way we used to show we liked something."
Just needs some ...
Body lines
Mirrors
Wipers
tow hooks
and it's done.
Isuzu Gemini Project Update #3 Paint
Yeeeeeeee Haaaaaa! the Gemini "My First Car" Replica comes to life.
The baby isuzu gemini is really coming along. A very quick mask and paint with no real care of perfection replicates a super faded paint scheme from yester year.
Ooh yeah, I forgot to put som grey primer for the rust repairs. Hmmm.I'll think about that one.
But with Street Jam +0 Offset work Miesters I'd say the look is about right.

GCRC MID WEEK MADNESS
The 86 / DRB is set up very very nicely these days.
Still taking all kinds of abuse, but it still hangs together.
I run black rims until my eyes give out, then switch to my trusty +12 N model top lines.
Serious fun for a few hours of super close action.
A little more tandem training. I was running in the forward position and this driver running aft.
But of course we were swapping constantly at times.
Check the Facebook feed for more action --------->

Wheel Stock take and the Gemini.
Wheel choices are ridiculous for me.
Simply too many but never the "right" set
Do I really have a this many?
Or this many?
Or this many?
And there's still more around the place.
but with a desire for widebody machines and mad offset. I rarely run anything less than +9 Offset
Having just given away a few sets of +3... this is the only set that remain.
So I guess the little Gem will run Enkei NT03... Or I'll just get another set. HAHAHAHAHA!
Update the list.
35 sets aint bad for 3 years of collection. Just don't count the other 50 sets that I have sold or passed on to other enthusiasts.
Then I Remembered... A set of Street Jam Work Meisters with a reversible lip.
+0 spaced to +2 should work very well. I'm going to keep this one narrow.

Mad Mike + TRA-Kyoto Rocket Bunny FD3s
An absolutely inspiring image.
I'm not a huge fan of the rocket bunny front bumper on the FD3s. Eliminating the defining corner lamps is a big ask for the RB generic front end to overcome the FD3s Designers intentions.
But the fenders are a different story.
While on the street versions that can look downright gangly. the sheer lowness of the Mad Bull makes the imagery awesome.
The way Mike has everything tucked under with super stretched tyre profiles simply makes perfection.
In a way, this level of stretch defines the madness. The rear tyres are almost totally outside the original body line. While no different in width to a BN sports kit, the impact is considerably more noticeable.
A little sharper on the front would match the pointed fender additions, Mikes livery tries to extend the pointed shapes.
The super short round should allow for minimum proximity when transitioning but she's just a bit blunt.
Out back some huge endplates now adorn the wing. A bit of help to stop spinning and aid stability at near 90 degrees never goes astray.
Got Wide ... Yep!
While many drifters are going wider for more traction, mike stretches his 265/35/18 to their limit.
If only you didn't go to prison for having this stretch on the street these days, the look might be more popular.
A bit of driver inspiration at the wheel. Rain sills and window rubbers are for chumps!
As are inner guard covers. You can see the custom front frame. The front of an FD is flxible and weak from the factory. this single pipe frame probably would perform better in a crash test... not that we want to try.
Red bull ring pull is a nice touch.
Sleepy look, off the hook!
idling down the pit lane certainly draws a crowd. brap brap!
As does a quick demo run on the Figure 8.
But it's the corner one full song blasting that I love.
Mad Mike... licenced to schred!
